I think my project turned out okay. I love the way there are multiple endings to it, and how it can get frustrating as there are even more dead ends. If I could change a few things about my story, I would change the fact that it is so short. I would also make it more descriptive as some things need more detail.

My choose your own adventure story was inspired by my cousin and a shooting star I had seen the night the assignment was given. The Star is a simple story about you, a kid name Gwin who goes on a quest to find a fallen star. The star is important because if you find the fallen star in time and return to the kingdom before the king dies. You would become ruler. If you failed to bring it before the king died the kings evil daughter would become queen, and you would just get a lot of money.

What do you think of when you hear high school principal. Strict and mean or do you think of someone who is inspiring to hundreds of students each day? The principal at OHS, Mr. Fisher, inspires me for the efforts he has put through to get to where he is now.
Do you know people who have adopted kids, well Mr. Fisher and his wife have adopted two girls, five year old Briley and two year old Brenna. They adopted the young girls through Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska and they were both open adoption. This means that the girls birthmothers chose Mr. Fisher and his wife to be the girls family once they were born.
Mr. Fisher started out as a business major in college. He realized after two years that he didn't have any goals for himself there, so he switched into education. After making the switch, he had to go to school longer than he had planed to in the first place. Although through the obstacles he says he wouldn’t change a thing.
Success always comes back to the goals you set. Corey Fisher had set many goals like going to college and getting a job. Although he says that his greatest success is his wonderful career. If you are will to complete and reach for your goals you can reach success. Anyone can do it.
Now what do you think of when you hear high school principle. Proud father, hard working, or do you regret that you never really not to know your principle. Mr. Fisher has inspired me ever since he came to my school, and he is the reason why O’Neill High School is such a great place to be.

Have you ever imagined what it was like to dress up and go to the opera or what an emu tastes like? Have you ever thought of trying crocodile or wanted to swim with the playful dolphins? Have you ever wanted to fly freely over the smooth crystal waters like a bird? If you said yes to any of these questions then Sydney, Australia is the place for you.
The Sydney Opera House with its remarkable sail like roofs was built mostly by Danish architect, Jørn Utzon in 1959. It stands on Bennelong Point, and has become a very popular tourist attraction worldwide. The halls provide facilities for symphony concerts, operas, dramas, ballet, motion pictures, solo recitals, exhibitions, and conventions. Another great spot to visit is the Sydney Harbor Bridge. The Sydney Harbor Bridge is a steel arch bridge across Sydney Harbor that carries rail, vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic between the Sydney central business district and the North Shore. It’s also one of the most known photographed landmarks in Australia. The Royal Botanic Garden, is a place of natural beauty, where people come for peace, relaxation, education, and to learn more about plants and horticulture. It’s an amazing place to take beautiful photos.
The helicopter tours are an amazing way to take in all of Sydney in a short amount of time. There are multiple to choose from and they all take you over amazing places like the simple beaches. There are many beautiful wildlife tours were you can see several animals like a Giant Kangaroo or a koala bear. One of my personal favorites would be to go down to the sandy beaches with the flowing, peaceful waves, and swim with the playful sea animals.
Have you ever wanted to try emu, well in Sydney its a very common delicacy to eat. Surprisingly it emu tastes more like a tender piece of beef jerky. Unlike crocodile which tastes a lot like chicken because of the white muscles in both of there bodies. Lamingtons are little sponge cakes coated in chocolate and grated coconut. A traditional Australian treat that appeals to most people. It is also considered Australia's national cake. Lamingtons take a long time to cook though. Almost one day! Altogether there are so many exotic yet delicious foods in Australia. It would be hard to try them all in one day.
Have you ever imagined a fun day at a beach then dressing up to go to the opera or to see a drama, and after a long day siting down to a delicious yet simple meal of crocodile and emu. For all these reasons I believe that Sydney, Australia is an amazing vocation spot.

College has always been far away, and scary for me. That was until my cousin started going to college she made me think it was less of a chance and more of a choice. My cousin told me “It is not a chance if you get into a good college, not a chance to get good grades, not a chance to have a bright future. It is a choice, a choice to work hard and show effort.”
I have many big goals for my future and many small goals, but the goals that are closer for me now are to first get into a good college. I don’t know where I would like to go to college, but I do know that it has to have a good science program. That brings me to my second goal I want to become a marine biologist. I like animals, and I have always liked water so combining is ignited my passion for marine biology. My third major goal is to get a good job to support myself and hopefully later on in my life a family.
A college education will help me reach most of my goals by teaching me how I need to do something, and why it needs to be done that way. Having a college education will also land me higher paying jobs in the rising economy. By just having an education it can help me to make smarter choices for the future. If that includes going back to school, or having house it will still help me.
My inspiration to go to college is well I guess the world. The world is full of smart people with not a lot of confidence, and stupid people with a lot of confidence. People with confidence generally come out on top, so by going to college I can help the world become a much better place. I can inspire more of the smart people to come out and show off there talents instead of clocking them. I was mostly inspired by the world because it needs help, it needs saving. The world can’t save its self, but the people living in it can.
These are only a few of the reasons of why I want to go to college. College can help my complete my goals for the future or get on the way to completing those goals. A education will teach me life goals that I will need in my day to day life, and my inspiration will continue to burn as I learn more about the world.

the sun rises
covering everything in gold
the ground sparkles with morning dew
plants softly dancing in the wind
oceans of corn, soybean, wheat
fresh air fills my nose as
I breath in and out in and out
captivated I walk further along
I see the animals roaming like deer and buffalo
cattle, rabbit, and squirrel
oh, how beautiful is Nebraska
covered in its golden coat
